LVC is pleased to provide the following options for submitting service requests.

If your request is being made during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS and is NOT URGENT:

  • Complete and submit the attached electronic form.
  • Contact our Service Coordination Department: 952-278-1080

If your request is being made AFTER HOURS and is URGENT:

  • Call our 24-hour Service Request Line: 952-835-4600
    • Listen carefully to the prompts and leave a detailed message for the On Call Technician.
    • You will be contacted within 30 minutes.

Normal Business Hours: 8:00am - 4:30 Monday through Friday
