If your request is being made during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS and is NOT URGENT:

If your request is being made AFTER HOURS and is URGENT:

• Call our 24-hour Service Request Line: 952-835-4600
  • Listen carefully to the prompts and be leave a detailed message for the On Call Technician.
  • You will be contacted within 30 minutes.
